Project Information

The Skouries porphyry gold-copper deposit in Northern Greece is centered on a small (less than 400m in diameter), pencil-porphyry stock. Mineralization extends for more than 920m depth from surface. Two long 1000m and 2 shorter 170m boreholes are included in the project for exploration and piezometer installation purposes, respectively.

Project Description

The Drilling Program for Skouries Underground includes an anticipated minimum of 2,000 meters of inclined exploration diamond drilling and 340 meters in total of inclined drilling for geotechnical-hydrogeological investigation using one (1) powerful underground rig. The objective of the hydrological data collection will be to obtain additional information on the permeability of the rock mass and any structures intercepted by the boreholes as well as installation of permanent monitoring piezometers.
